Steve Zito founded White Water Consulting LLC, in 1997 after a successful 20 year insurance career working in various executive level positions including VP of Human Resources Development for Continental Insurance and GVP of the internal consulting department of the CNA Insurance Companies.

 
Steve received his BS from University of Connecticut and completed the Aspen Institutes Executive Development Program. White Water Consulting seamlessly partners with other consulting organizations to assure the most appropriate resources are on any given project. Through Steve's experience White Water Consulting brings expert knowledge to our services offered.
 

Pat Zito is a Career Counselor and Consultant, with nearly two decades of counseling experience helping people achieve their academic and professional goals.

Pat received her BS & MS from the Connecticut State University
system and has continued her development attending Princeton's
Peer Leadership and Mediation Training programs and recently by
attending a Harvard Summer Institute.
 
Pat and Steve working together bring a unique coaching approach that combines psychological assessment with
practical business experience.
