The programs are challenging, case driven and are based on proven models and current best practice research. We deliver each of the sessions and often use a "Socratic" method of discovery.     Company
    developed and successfully implemented a
    long-range strategic process utilizing scenario-planning that we introduced and implemented. The small specialty
    company with 300 employees is the most profitable company of a large international holding company. An example of another consulting firm seamlessly supporting a WWC client.

  • An example of our "Executive on Loan" service, an
    application development "start up" Connecticut based company retained WWC for an extended engagement.

    Responsibilities included building and managing an HR function sized to the needs of this forming company. WWC personally participated as a coach and mentor for the CEO and his management team on organization, strategic & tactical business decisions.

  • A Financial Services Company headquartered in New York City hired the principle of WWC to lead a team to analyze the impact of a proposal from an international consulting firm to outsource the banks application development function and its data center operation. Based on the study teams analysis the CIO recommended to the CEO not to outsource. Retaining a decentralized systems
    approach, while more costly than the outsourcing proposal, the internal customers remained in control of the IT function, a critical part of their business success.
